Masalah ini muncul pada PHP versi 5.4.16 pada WAMPSERVER 2.4, sebelumnya memakai versi PHP  dibawahnya dan memakai XAMPP..
Halaman uatama selalu menampilkan masalah pada fungsi includenya, setelah cari info sana sini solusinya sebagai berikut :
- buka file php.ini
- cari "error_reporting = E_ALL"
- rubah menjadi "error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE"
- Kemudian pada WAMPSERVER nya lakukan Restart All Service.
- Jalankan kembali halaman web, klo benar tidak akan muncul lagi masalah includenya.
- kalau masih error, coba ikhtiar lagi ya,yang sabar hehee.

error pada session muncul "Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_register()", solusinya :
- pada session_start(); tambahkan 
isset($_SESSION) ||
- menjadi seperti ini "isset($_SESSION) ||session_start()"
(tanda petiknya ga perlu diketik) 
- simpan trus refresh halmannya.
